› How do I apply for an apartment?
Our online application is easy and only takes 15 minutes to complete. Start by creating your account. Once you input your information and financial details, you’ll be on your way to signing your own personalized, individual lease agreement. For any questions along the way, contact our leasing office and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.
› Do apartments come furnished?
Unfortunately, we do not have any furnished units.
› Are pets allowed?
Yes! Your furry friends are absolutely welcome.
› What is the pet policy?
We do not allow Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, and Wolf Hybrids. This includes any mixes of these listed breeds.
› What are your screening requirements?
We review all applications on a case-by-case basis but require 2.5x income. We run a background and credit check.
› What is the cost for application fees?
We charge a $50 application fee per applicant over the age of 18. As well as a non-refundable $150 administration fee.
› Is there security?
The property includes security gates and smart ADT locks on each door that can be accessed through your smartphone.
